We start with where you are emotionally, mentally, and physically, then our experts help guide you through a plan to get where you want to be.

Meet with your PCP to obtain baseline lab values and anthropometrics.

Meet with Psychiatrist & Nutritionist.

  • Initial sessions cover:
    • Your current mental and physical health
    • Current food intake, lifestyle, physical activity, and goals
  • From here, our professionals will:
    • Create a personalized meal plan, ingredient shopping list, and physical activity guide
    • Work with you to understand your appetite, upbringing, relationship with food, body image, perception, and medication management.
      Initial sessions provide baseline status for mental and physical health. 

Check in with Psych NP

Psych NP

  • This session provides:
    • Further nutrition education 
    • Resources to help you reach your goals

Psych NP

  • Final 1:1 meeting.
    • Reflect back to week 1 and how your initial status has changed or progressed since then
    • Any further needed education is provided, along with tips and resources for progressing forward

Psych NP

  • Initial sessions cover:
    • Your current mental and physical health
    • Current food intake, lifestyle, physical activity, and goals
  • From here, our professionals will:
    • Create a personalized meal plan, ingredient shopping list, and physical activity guide
    • Work with you to understand your appetite, upbringing, relationship with food, body image, perception, and medication management.
