What is medication refill?

When your medication is low you can order a new supply with a medication refill. This can be done with or without the request for a new prescription, however some medications don’t come with refills if your medical provider feels that only a certain amount is required for your treatment.

Yes, you can get the prescription filled at a later date although a doctor may recommend that you get it filled immediately especially if your condition requires immediate treatment.

Can an urgent care refill my prescription?

Yes, an urgent care can refill your prescription but only after one of our urgent care doctors sees you. This is to determine if you need them refilled. 

Can I get a prescription filled at an urgent care?

Yes, you can get a prescription filled at an urgent care. Common medications are available in-house.

Does my insurance cover a mental health services?

Some insurances cover mental health care services. However, we recommend that you check with your insurance provider to know if this is included in your insurance benefits before booking an appointment.

Can I pay for my mental health service or appointment without insurance?

If you have no insurance, Nao Medical provide our services without insurance for self-pay patients, giving you the care when you need it most.

Hands down I recommend Stat Clinic. Yesterday on Christmas Eve I received a terrifying email from my job stating someone was Covid 19 positive and others may have been exposed. Least to say my Christmas Eve was ruined and canceled. By this time all clinics were closed do to the Holiday. I was searching on line all over and came across Stat Clinic on Bartow Ave in the BX. I called and was informed that the clinic closed at 9pm. I got there around 5:30pm the receptionist said it was too late. I explained my concerns and people that I came in contact with she made the exception. I was tested and so was my immediate family members.The rapid test was was performed by physician. I have to admit it was quick. The doctor on site was empathic and informative. In less than 10 mins are results came back. Thank You Stat for your service.
